Position Details:

• Responsible for maintaining an efficient and quality operation of the Shop
• Oversee Shop personnel and daily operations
• Organize and prioritize workflow of Shop and Mechanics
• Schedule required service appointments
• File and process returns and warranty claims
• Ensure all equipment and tools are working properly
• Ensure cleanliness of the Shop, inside and out
• Ensure all employees are trained properly and follow procedures set forth
• Provide coaching to employees so they are aware of areas for improvement
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
• Evaluate and document any return job problems and be able to remedy the problem and communicate this to upper management
• Ensure invoices are turned in daily
• Keep orderly records

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience repairing and maintaining trucks/trailers and heavy equipment, diagnosing abilities
• Exhibit teamwork skills
• Good organizational skills
• Have an understanding of safe job practices
• Valid driver's license
• Must maintain flexibility in schedule during the busy season
